 Hena Veit MS.  Graduated from Walden University  with a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology and is currently working on completing her PhD in Forensic Psychology.  She  is a contracted  Federal and State Forensic Mitigation Specialist. She is the CEO/ President of Delaware Valley Forensic Mitigation Services. Hena Veit  has worked numerous high profile cases including Homicide, Sex Trafficking, Organized Crime, Bank Robberies, Securities Fraud, Insurance  and Narcotic cases focusing on Assessing Mitigation Variances and preparing final reports for  judges which are used for Sentencing purposes. She has also worked  under the supervision of a Psychologist at a Juvenile Facility in Delaware County, collaborating with Psychologists to develop clinical evaluations as well as assist in intake assessments and development of short and long term treatment plans. Helping the incarcerated achieve fair sentencing through assessments, psychological testing (under supervision of a clinical Psychologist), assessing rehabilitation concerns, collaborating with probation and parole and effectively translating psychological information into a legal framework for judges. Being an expert in her field, Hena Veit will bring transparency and fairness through her hard work and dedication to keeping families intact. 

Dr. Anna Lawler is a clinical and forensic psychologist who specializes in psychological assessment. Dr. Lawler has been evaluating individuals in various settings including inpatient, correctional, community, and nuclear sites for over 20 years. Dr. Lawler has been retained by the Court, attorneys, and nuclear power companies to conduct assessments and to provide expert testimony on an array of topics including risk assessment, fitness for duty, competency, mental status at the time of the offense, sentencing mitigation, and access authorization for nuclear facilities. 

Dr. Lawler has a history of working in mental health including employment with Trenton Psychiatric Hospital (TPH) in Trenton, NJ, the Ann Klein Forensic Center (AKFC) the NJ state forensic hospital in Trenton, NJ, and the Philadelphia Mental Health Care Corporation (PMHCC) in Philadelphia, PA, a not-for-profit organization that provides mental health services for the City of Philadelphia. 

From 2008 to 2014 Dr. Lawler was also the Clinical Director at Allied Associates in Mental Health (AAMH) and her duties included supervising and training psychologists and other mental health professionals. Dr. Lawler is also a certified Substance Abuse Evaluator in the nuclear industry.

Dr. Lawler has an MA in clinical psychology from MCP Hahnemann and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Lawler a Licensed Psychologist in both NJ  and PA  and is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Pennsylvania Psychological Association, and the American Psychology-Law Society.  She has the  experience and passion  in her field  and is dedicated to bringing  excellence in achieving results

 David  Leff received a Bachelor Degree in Law / Justice, concentration in Law Enforcement from Rowan University. He has  attended training in 2017 from NJ Division  of Mental Health; Opiate/Opioid effects on neurotransmitter activity and was registered by State of NJ, to administer.  He has testified as a qualified Narcotics Expert Witness  in 16 different counties in New Jersey State, Delaware State & Massachusetts State Superior Courts; Philadelphia Courts of Common Pleas, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Berks, Lebanon, Lehigh & Bucks Counties of Pennsylvania; Federal Courts in Delaware, Philadelphia, Western District of Virginia & Washington D.C.; US Immigration Court in York County PA, New York Supreme Court, Delaware State Workman’s Comp Board, Delaware County District Court in Newtown Square PA and Fam/Juvenile Court & Municipal Court. 

David has trained in the fields of Forensic Pathology, Forensic Toxicology, Cannabis chemistry, Forensic Criminalistics and Trace Evidence, Mental Health Opiate and much more. David  brings his knowledge, skills and expertise to the team. His  commitment and dedication in his field has made him unique to the industry and his services will be highly honored.  

Cornell Fisher is an  accomplished and Distinguished Police Officer retired from the 4th largest police Department in the USA. Over 28 years of combined service with the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Military and Law Enforcement with documented success in progressively responsible and challenging positions. His  assignments have been in various global, economic, social, and ethnic communities. Trained and operated in Personal Security Details in High Risk areas such as South America, Iraq and Afghanistan with the U.S. Department of State, Trained U.S and NATO Forces in Personal Security Detail operations (PSD) in Afghanistan. Trained by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) in undercover investigations, surveillance, tactics and supervision and I spent over14 years in an Elite investigative / operational unit, the Narcotics Strike Force in the Philadelphia Police Department. Cornell Fisher  has advised, supervised and trained Senior Afghan and Iraqi Police staff in all areas of Police Operations. Trained by the Philadelphia District Attorney's office to testify as an Expert Witness in criminal court cases. His  International, Federal and Local Law Enforcement contacts will be an asset. He  currently possess HR218, PA. Act 235, PA Private Detective license, Global Entry and an Active DOD Secret Clearance.
